Refactor CI/CD pipeline in .gitlab-ci.yml to remove RELEASE_TAG variable and replace it with CI_COMMIT_SHORT_SHA for target folder naming. Updated validation checks to ensure commit hash is available, enhancing clarity in the deployment process.
